Peter Hägel, Assistant Professor of International and Comparative Politics, published a review article on "Billionaires: Oligarchy within democracy?" with books & ideas.
 
 
 

 
Peter Hägel focuses on theoretical and empirical questions of how transnational processes and supranational politics generate transformations of state sovereignty. His specialization is in EU politics and its connections with wider issues of global governance, particularly with regards to the regulation of the free movement of persons and capital. Professor Häegel’s general research interests include EU politics, globalization and global governance, transnational politics, and sovereignty.
