American University of Paris is pleased to present
to you our new permanent art collection 2006. These
works will grace the walls of our university for
years to come so that we can share the wide-ranging
visions of these accomplished artists. AUP is not
only growing academically but also deepening its
commitment to an international creative spirit. Our
mission includes the encouragement of cultural
diversity within an innovative atmosphere. We, as a
university will continue to grow in this magnificent
artistic Parisian environment. Our evolution will be
limited only by our imagination, and if the art in
this catalogue is any indication, this
transformation has impressively begun. I hope you
