20 before September 30, 2012 and who provide proof that they are
covered by their parents French Social Security (Attestation Vitale).
** Proof of alternate supplemental coverage (mutuelle)
must be provided to The Office of Student Affairs NO LATER than
Orientation check-in. The student will otherwise be enrolled in The AUP
Student Health Care Plan (Package C) - no exceptions will be made. See
your Admissions Counselor for details.
**Visiting students already covered by private
comprehensive health insurance valid in France that includes medical
coverage equivalent to AUP's Student Health Care Plan. A signed Health
Insurance Certificate by the representative of the health insurance
provider and the Financially Responsible Person must be submitted to The
Office of Student Affairs at Orientation check-in. The student will
otherwise be enrolled in The AUP Student Health Care Plan (Package D) -
