The Full-time Tuition Fee

The full-time student's tuition fee covers basic tuition for four courses per semester (16 credits). Graduate or undergraduate students taking 12 or more credits are considered full-time and must pay full-time tuition. Undergraduate students taking a course beyond this normal four course load will be charged at the part-time rate per credit hour. Undergraduates may take a one-credit or two-credit course as a fifth course without an overload fee; only one of these options may be taken per semester. Graduate students are not allowed to take an overload (more than 16 credits). The following student services are also covered by full-time tuition:

    Student Activities
    Academic Support Services
    Housing Service

Part-time Tuition Fee

Part-time students' tuition is determined on a per-credit basis.

Auditor Fee

Auditors pay a reduced fee determined on a per-credit basis.

Application Fee

The non-refundable Application Fee must be sent with the Application Form. All late applications are subject to an additional fee.

Confirmation Deposit

Upon acceptance by the University, new students are required to pay a non-refundable deposit that is credited toward the first semester's tuition. If students confirm and then fail to register for the semester for which they have reserved a place, the deposit is forfeited. New students will receive invoices once they pay the confirmation deposit and submit Student Accounting Services Payment Option Form. The confirmation deposit will be deducted from the refunds of new students who withdraw during the full-refund period prior to the first day of classes.

Orientation & Advising Fee

The Orientation fee covers all activities during the Orientation Program of a student's first semester:

    Academic advising
    Course registration
    Temporary housing during orientation

Health Insurance

French law requires that all students studying in France have adequate health insurance coverage.

Late Payment Fee

A late fee of €150 is charged to students who register on or after the first day of classes.  In addition, interest is charged at the rate of 1% per month on any unpaid balance.

Student Accounting Services reserves the right to withdraw students from their classes if they persist in non-payment of fees.

Returned Check and Collection Check Fee

Checks which are returned by the issuing bank are subject to a €40 fee. There is a €35 collection check fee for Euro checks payable on a bank outside France.
