The full-time student's
tuition fee covers basic tuition for four courses per semester (16
credits). Graduate or undergraduate students taking 12 or more credits
are considered full-time and must pay full-time tuition. Undergraduate
students taking a course beyond this normal four course load will be
charged at the part-time rate per credit hour. Undergraduates may take a
one-credit or two-credit course as a fifth course without an overload
fee; only one of these options may be taken per semester. Graduate
students are not allowed to take an overload (more than 16 credits). The following student services are

Part-time Tuition Fee
Part-time students' tuition is determined on a per-credit
basis.
Auditor Fee
Auditors pay a reduced fee determined on a per-credit basis.
Application Fee
The non-refundable Application Fee must be sent with the Application
Form. All late applications are subject to an additional fee.
Confirmation Deposit
Upon acceptance by the University, new students are required to pay a
non-refundable deposit that is credited toward the first semester's
tuition. If students confirm and then fail to register for the semester
for which they have reserved a place, the deposit is forfeited. New
students will receive invoices once they pay the confirmation deposit
and submit the Bursar's Payment Option Form. The confirmation deposit
will be deducted from the refunds of new students who withdraw during
the full-refund period prior to the first day of classes.
Orientation & Advising Fee
The
Orientation fee covers all activities during the Orientation
Program of a student's first semester:
Academic advising
Course registration
Temporary housing during orientation
Health Insurance
French law requires that all students studying in France have adequate
health insurance coverage.
Housing Insurance
French law requires that all renters have housing
insurance.
Late Payment Fee
A late fee of €150 is
charged to students who register on or after the first day of classes. In addition, interest is
charged at the rate of 1% per month on any unpaid balance.
The Bursar's Office reserves the right to withdraw
students from their classes if they persist in non-payment of fees.
Returned Check and Collection Check Fee
Checks which are returned by the issuing bank are subject to a €40
fee. There is a €35collection check fee for Euro
checks payable on a bank outside France.
