All students who wish to withdraw from the
University must notify the Registrar of the University in writing prior
to the first day of Registration.
Tuition refunds are calculated on a percentage
basis according to the official date of withdrawal. (See the University
Tuition Refund Schedule below.)
A student who withdraws during the fall semester
when payment has been made for the full year forfeits his/her right to
the yearly tuition reduction.
A new student who withdraws during the full-refund
period prior to the first day of classes will have the non-refundable
Confirmation Deposit deducted from his/her refund.
Withdrawal from the University does not release the
Financially Responsible Person from tuition obligations. All outstanding
debts, including those related to the termination of the Monthly Payment
Plan, are due in full within (30) days of the official withdrawal date.
A student who receives a university service grant
and then withdraws will forfeit his/her right to receive the grant (The
applicable portion of the grant will be credited to the student's
account).
A student who is awarded a University tuition grant
and then withdraws from the University will receive a refund calculated
on the Full-Time Tuition Fee less the grant amount awarded, according to
the Tuition Refund Schedule. |
