Certificates and letters are processed in the order in which
they are received and require at least two full business days
to process, plus delivery time, or three to five days plus
delivery time during our peak seasons of January, May and
September.
Our
office hours are 9AM to 5PM Paris time, Monday through Friday.
No requests are processed outside of these times. Please keep
this in mind and plan accordingly. |

Logging In To MyAUP |
|
|
|
If you are having
trouble logging in to MyAUP, click on the "Lost or Expired
NetId/Password?" link in the upper right had corner of the
MyAUP page. |
|
|
|
If you know your
NetID, your email address is up to date, and your NetID has
not expired due to lack of use, fill out the first form. |
|
|
|
If you do not
remember your NetID, fill out the second form. |
|
|
|
IT Services will
send your log in information directly to the email address
you provide 2-3 days after you submit your request or longer
during peak times of January, May, and September. |
|
|
|
Your account will be automatically shut down if your account
shows no activity for more than six months. |
