These procedures will be strictly followed. Return travel arrangements to campus should be made well in advance and coordinated with these dates.
 
 

By the second day of classes at the start of each semester

 
 

All students, including preregistered students

 
 
 
   

All students are required to return to campus by the second day of classes and to check in at the Registrar’s Office in order to receive their course schedule, update their bio-data information, and to validate their student ID.

   
 
 

Pre-registered students who do NOT check in by the end of the second day of classes will have their courses dropped. This will occur even if the minimum first monthly payment has been made.

All such dropped courses will be made available to other students wishing to add courses during drop/add.
