How to Order

 
 

Access your student account by logging on to MyAUP :

 

• Go to the Registrar's Office page and click on the blue "Transcript Request" button.

• Follow the step-by step directions.

 

 

Logging in to MyAUP

 

If you are having trouble logging in to MyAUP, click on the "Lost or Expired NetId/Password?" link in the upper right had corner of the MyAUP page.

 

If you know your NetID, your email address is up to date, and your NetID has not expired due to lack of use, fill out the first form.

 

If you do not remember your NetID, fill out the second form.

 

IT Services will send your log in information directly to the email address you provide 2-3 days after you submit your request or longer during peak times of January, May, and September.

 

If your account shows no activity for more than six months, it will be automatically shut down.

While we certainly encourage the above method of ordering for maximum efficiency, you may also make a request in writing by filling out and returning this form. Each transcript is charged a nominal fee of €7. There is an additional 5.00€ fee for every transcript that needs to be faxed.

 

 With your transcript request it is important to include the following information:

 

   

A copy of your passport or valid identification

   

First and last names (when attended AUP)

   

Current e-mail address where you wish to be contacted

   

  

Payment information: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX; name on card, cc number, expiry date, & security code on back of card

   

Recipient address for each transcript

   

Your signature

   

A copy of your photo ID

 

 

As we must have your signature in order to legally release your transcript, we cannot accept transcript requests via email or phone. Please print and fill out this transcript request form and return it to us via fax, mail, or scan/email to:

Timing for written requests

 

Written requests are first charged, and then processed. Charging and processing for written requests can take from two to six days, plus delivery time.

 

If any part of your request is missing, or there is a hold on your student account, you will be notified and your request will be put on hold for 30 days. If you do not act on your request within these 30 days your request will be cancelled.

 

Due to the volume of requests received, we cannot notify when written requests are received, being processed, or sent. Please be patient and allow for a reasonable amount of time before contacting us about your order, or use the online system for automatic notifications.
