Please note that any student whose university account is not clear at the time of processing will not be issued a transcript.

All transcript requests must be made in writing with the signature of the student in question. The first request is free and every request made thereafter will be charged a nominal fee of €5 per transcript to be issued.

On your transcript request it is important to include the following information:

Your full name as it was when you studied at AUP

Your dates of attendance

Your personal contact information (e-mail, fax, home address)

The number of transcripts you need to be issued, the address (and intended recipients) to which each transcript is to be sent

Your means of payment, either indicate that you are sending a personal check (only euros are acceptable) or please indicate your credit card information on the request (Visa, Mastercard, American Express; the name on the card; the card number and expiration date are needed) and we will charge the nominal fee directly to your credit card.

Please note that for large transcript requests (6 or more) we will be obliged to await payment before issuing the transcripts.

As we must have your signature in order to legally release your transcript, we cannot accept transcript requests by E-mail. Please FAX or MAIL your transcript request form:
