The Office of Alumni Affairs is pleased to issue your first Alumni Card at no charge, this includes replacing old cards that are not compatible with the current building security system. All subsequent replacement cards will cost €50. You are required to present your card to access all AUP facilities.

 
 
 
 

 

Legacy scholarships are available to the children of AUP degree holders in the amount of 10% of tuition. Please contact the admissions office for further details.

 
 
 
 

 

Alumni are able to maintain AUP email addresses. To re-activate your account or obtain a password, contact the Office of Alumni Affairs at alumni@aup.edu.

 

Use it or lose it » AUP email addresses cannot be forwarded to another email account and your email box will be closed if it is inactive for a period of six months. If an account needs to be re-activated a second time, a fee of €20 will be charged.

 
 
 
 

 

Alumni have access to the Bosquet, Grenelle, and Combes buildings. You will be asked to present your alumni membership card at the entrance/security desk. Alumni are entitled to visit the AMEX Café any time.

 
 
 
 

 

Alumni and students alike can benefit from the services offered by the Career Development Office. Services include help with CV writing, cover letters, graduate school applications, and career networking. The Library welcomes AUP alumni. Alumni are entitled to library on-site access, which includes all services except for borrowing privileges. The library offers remote access to its Web site and the library catalog via the Web. The full-range of library databases are available to alumni only while visiting the buildings on campus. Some of the library services are fee based, such as printing, photocopying, inter-library loan/document delivery and remote storage. An alumni card is required to enter the facilities at all times and an ITS login is required to open a library session while on campus. In order to request them contact the Office of Alumni Affairs. Alumni are invited to participate in events and trips organized by the Cultural Program Office. Currently enrolled students will receive reservation priority. The University Bookstore is not open to the general public. Alumni are entitled, however, to visit and purchase memorabilia, faculty publications, and other merchandise. Alumni are entitled to use the AUP Computer Lab. Alumni should call in advance to find out about hours and availability: (33-1) 40.62.06.51. When visiting the Computer Lab, please remember that for academic purposes the Lab gives priority to enrolled students. Club Med Gym

280€ for a six-month membership; 500€ for a one year membership at Club Med Gym fitness facilities. Your spouse or partner may also take advantage of the AUP group rate. Membership is good at all Club Med Gyms in Paris and throughout France. Payment must be made at the Bursar's Office. Vit'Halles Gym

Passes are available at the Bursar's office. A 6-month pass with access to 7 clubs is €275, and a 6-month privilege club card that allows access to 8 different clubs with towel service is €347. For further information, please visit Vit'Halles web-site: www.vithalles.fr
