If you are an AUP alumnus seeking to
make contact with your former classmates, AUP's Office of
Alumni Affairs can help - whether by "snail-mail" or email.
First, collect as
much information as possible (i.e., year of graduation,
maiden name, etc.) about your "lost alum". Then send us the
details of your request. |

|
|
 |
If your
request is received by email |
|
|
|
|
1. If
your former classmate has an email address, we will
forward your message to him/her.
2. If
your former classmate DOES NOT have an email
address, but we do have a mailing address, you will
be notified by return email and provided the option
to have us forward a personal letter on your behalf.
(Your
alumni status will be confirmed - we do not release
information directly to the non-AUP community) |

If your
request is received by "snail-mail" |
|
|

|
If an
address is available, the Alumni Office will gladly
forward a letter on your behalf. All you have to do
is:
1. Write
a short one-page personal letter;
2. Place
it in a sealed envelope with the name of your former
classmate in the front center;
3. Send
this envelope to us in another envelope addressed
to:
|
"Lost Alumni Locator" - Alumni Office
The
American University of Paris
118, rue Saint Dominique 75007 Paris - France
|
4. Upon
receipt, we will complete the address and mail the
letter for you. |

As AUP's Office of Alumni
Affairs is
committed to protecting the confidentiality of
information that has been entrusted to its database,
we DO NOT release
addresses or telephone numbers directly.
In addition, if a request
comes from a non-alum, an email or postcard
(depending on the mode of receipt) will be sent to
the alum with the requester's contact information. |
