December Transit Strike Update (8)

THIS POST IS A REPUBLISHED VERSION OF AN EMAIL COMMUNICATION SENT BY AUP Vice President for Security, Operations and Student Services Marc Montheard TO STUDENTS ON December 9, 2019, ABOUT THE TRANSIT STRIKE IN PARIS. IT IS PART OF OUR SAFETY & SECURITY BLOG THAT ROUNDS UP ALL THE LATEST NEWS AND UPDATES FOR OUR COMMUNITY.

Tomorrow, December 10, 2019, the unions have called for a demonstration. People will likely gather (probably late morning/noon) by Invalides (at the back of the building on the church side) Place Vauban and will start moving at 13:30 towards Denfert Rochereau via avenue de Villars, boulevard du Montparnasse and boulevard Raspail. This will impact bus line 92, which should be running as usual in the morning until at least 10 o'clock.

The metro, RER and tram traffic should be similar to previous days (see details below).
