Create a survey in one click!

Want to create a satisfaction survey addressed to students or staff? Microsoft Forms is a great tool to create a survey very easily. Here is an example that you can duplicate to make your own document:

Important: to share your survey with your audience and get answers:

• Click the button "Share" in the top right corner
• Copy the link from the first section "Send and collect responses" and send it to your audience

Do not send the URL of your survey: people won't be able to answer it, and will even be able to modify it!
