These services focus on Instructional technology, tools, and resources directly supporting teaching and learning. They include learning management systems, in-class and online course development, learning analytics, course evaluation, lecture capture, webinars, and other academic tools for faculty and students.

Educational Technology Consulting and Training Services to ensure that faculty and other course creators have the knowledge and assistance they need to optimize their effectiveness in using teaching and learning technologies.
E-Portfolio Sites Services for e-portfolios, which provide a way for students and faculty to showcase their work and academic accomplishments.
Learning Management Systems LMS services in support of managing and sharing course materials (e.g., videos, documents, spreadsheets, etc.) and facilitating learning through collaboration.
Lecture and event Capture Services for recording, storing, editing, and publishing course lectures or University events.
Technology-Enhanced Spaces Provision and maintenance of technology in specialized learning environments.

FAQ Classroom technology and support

Where do I find multimedia devices at AUP?

Multimedia devices can be borrowed by any member of the AUP Community, as long as they have a valid AUP ID card. You may borrow it from the multimedia office on the 5th floor, Quai d’Orsay (room 502). The opening hours and loan terms are detailed on the multimedia page.

Where can I find multimedia devices outside AUP?

The main place to find multimedia devices outside AUP is la Fnac (there are several stores around Paris). If you need help with a purchase decision on A/V equipment or advice on installation, we provide consulting and installation services. We will guide youto make the best decision based your needs and budget.

Yes, our Multimedia Services team will be happy to show you how the equipment works.

What is LinkedIn Learning and how do I access it?

LinkedIn Learning is an online platform to help you enhance your skills by yourself thanks to more than 13 000 video tutorials. These videos cover a variety of subjects, both theoretical and technical. These online courses are led by experts and professionals. You can access it with your AUP email address.
