Software and hardware request


Whether you're a faculty or staff member, you may request hardware and software at AUP. 

ITS centralizes all requests from administrative and faculty departments. Our team may analyze them and offer you alternatives to meet your needs.

We then make an order, insure material reception and then transmit it to you.

  • If the budget is below 500 euros, it will be allocated by the IT Services following your department's approval.
  • If the budget exceeds 500 euros, it will be allocated by your department after its approval.

The software request for courses have to be submitted three months before the start of the semester. The IT Services can also advise you on software based on your needs, projects and financial means. You may then choose who your provider will be.
