Ethics and Tacos aims to provide guidance and training to individuals of all experience levels who aspire to participate in humanitarian activities benefiting vulnerable groups, both locally and abroad. Participants of the seminar will be given hands-on, practical skills and knowledge regarding best practices, legalities, common mistakes, potential harm to beneficiaries, ethical dilemmas, self-care and more. The skills and knowledge will be administered by experienced former and/or current volunteers, industry professionals, professors and other reputable and relevant actors. Educators will convey valuable information regarding humanitarian actions through the use of brief lectures, anecdotes, Q&A sessions, role playing and sample scenarios, among other possible methods.

By participating in Ethics and Tacos you will gain a diverse, yet thorough understanding of the ethical and practical challenges of volunteering with vulnerable groups, as well as a range of various humanitarian actions.

- Understanding of NGO and nonprofit organizations
- Awareness of intrinsic personal/cultural biases
- Sensitivity to at-risk populations and unstable environments
- Preparedness to participate in volunteer humanitarian actions locally and
