Our classrooms and function rooms often make the ideal meeting space for conferences, presentations, and other student, staff, and alumni events. These rooms include lecture areas, computer and science labs, a video editing lab, and an art studio.


To reserve a room for an AUP event

Any classroom reservation has to be requested through the online room reservation tool. Rooms are booked in order of priority: academics, university, recreational.


Steps for reserving a room

  • Go to the online room reservation tool.
  • Click on a room number. This gives you details like size, location, and technology available in each individual room.
  • Once you have found an appropriate classroom, click on the “calendar” tab. This will give you an up-to-date schedule for the room in question. Please check that the classroom is available at your desired time.
  • When you have confirmed the room’s availability, click on the “reserve” tab and fill out the room reservation form according to your needs. It’s important to provide clear and detailed information, especially if you require a special set-up for an event.
  • Once you have submitted your request, it will be reviewed by the Registrar’s Office. Please note that until you have received a confirmation email from us, the room reservation has not been processed and the room is not considered reserved.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please contact the Registrar’s Office as quickly as possible. A failure to properly cancel an event may jeopardize your access to room reservations in the future.
