Wellness is not a luxury; it’s a priority, without which, none of the other things in life run as smoothly as they should.

Did you know that we have a dedicated space for wellness on campus? It’s a space for you to find resilience through yoga and meditation; strengthen stress-busting skills through mindfulness; take part in body awareness and chakra cleanses; seek relaxation through massage; develop your motivation and feelings of being focused through small lifestyle changes; and take a moment for rest and relaxation.

Above all, this is a place of peace, to disconnect from the stress of daily life. We schedule weekly and pop-up events throughout each academic term. Consult our schedule and check for announcements on our Facebook page. You can find the AUP Wellness Room in PL-6, 2 bis Passage Landrieu. We welcome you to take part in any event or just come in to unwind.
