We have a dedicated space for wellness on the AUP campus. It’s a space for you to find:

  • resilience through yoga and meditation
  • stress-busting skills through mindfulness
  • body awareness and chakra cleanses
  • relaxation through massage
  • motivation and feelings of being focused, through small lifestyle changes
  • rest and relaxation

Above all, this is a place of peace, to disconnect from the chaos. We schedule weekly and pop-up events throughout each academic term. Consult our schedule and check for announcements on our Facebook page. You can find the AUP Wellness Room in Passage Landrieu 6. We welcome you to come in and take part in any event or just come in to unwind.

Wellness is not a luxury; it’s a priority, without which, none of the other things in life run as smoothly as they should.

AUP Student clubs can apply to hold events in this room as well, but need prior approval. For more information or Wellness event ideas, contact the Athletics Office or Prof. Siân Dafydd.
