Student Life Help Desk

The Student Life Help Desk, located on the fourth floor of the Combes building, provides a range of support services to help you make the most of your time at AUP. Help Desk staff are available Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm to assist with all of the following and more:

  • French bank accounts
  • French phone plans
  • French internet plans
  • Help with utility contracts if needed 
  • Metro passes and public transportation
  • General support for daily life and living in Paris (See our Living in Paris section)
  • Support with excessive absences
  • Laptop loans
  • Police Reports for property loss or theft
  • Part-time job searching 
  • General administrative support
  • Transfer college reports and exit surveys for students leaving AUP
  • Emergencies in liaison with the Dean of Student Development, Associate Vice President, and Vice President 
  • Securing an appointment with the Dean of Student Development, Associate Vice President, or the Vice President 
  • Help accessing the campus facilities (music room, wellness room, etc.) and resources (printing, phone services, mailroom, etc.

 

Help Desk staff can also help connect you with the various offices under the Student Development umbrella, including:

 

MEETING WITH THE VICE PRESIDENT OF STUDENT SERVICES, ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT OF STUDENT LIFE, OR DEAN OF STUDENT DEVELOPMENT 

The Vice President for Security, Operations and Student Services, Associate Vice President of Student Life, and the Dean of Student Development manage all Student Life Help Desk activities.
