Health Care Plan - Reimbursement

Students with no french social security
  • Pay upfront and ask for a feuille de soins. Remember to always have enough cash or a checkbook with you. Not all medical providers have a credit card machine. Ask the medical provider for an official claim form which is called feuille de soins. This document will serve as your receipt and is a mandatory document to claim for reimbursement. Keep all your prescriptions.
  • Submit your claims, prescriptions and RIB (your bank account information) to the Health Office or upload them directly on the MSH website. Ask the Health Office for assistance.
STUDENTS WITH FRENCH SOCIAL SECURITY*

Come by the Health Office with your claims, prescriptions and your French RIB (bank details). We will show you how to fill the forms correctly. You will have to send the claims first to CPAM de Paris:

Assurance Maladie de Paris 75948 PARIS CEDEX 19

Social Security reimburses a small percentage of your medical expenses, the rest is reimbursed by MSH International, who receive automatically the reimbursement notice from Social Security (this is done only once your application is complete. Until then, these "decompte" will need to be forwarded to healthataup.edu). Please note that It takes an average of 6 weeks to be fully reimbursed.

*If you own a Carte Vitale, you won’t have to do all those steps.
