Grenelle Teaching and Mentoring Center

Grenelle Teaching & Mentoring Center

Built 30 years ago in a quiet, verdant environment set back from the street, the Grenelle building has offered classrooms and office spaces to generations of AUP staff and students. However, by 2016, Grenelle was showing its age, and it needed better support for the latest teaching technologies. We set to work fully redesigning and renovating the building.

Today, the Grenelle Teaching and Mentoring Center is an active hub of teaching, learning and mentoring complete with upgraded classrooms, study spaces, faculty offices and an open kitchen for students. With new windows, lighting and glass walls, Grenelle is brighter and more open to its surroundings than ever.

Filled with art both inside and outside, Grenelle hosts regular exhibits by both faculty and students. A long wall in the main lobby showcases student-contributed Instagram photos. In short, Grenelle is set to serve generations of students for years to come.
