AUP | 6, Rue du Colonel Combes | 75007 Paris France
Monday, September 28, 2015 - 15:15 to Monday, December 7, 2015 - 17:45

Dear Entering Students,

The Student Immigration Office (SIS) is now available to help you to start your residency application, validating the long-term student visa you were issued in order to legalize your stay in France. Although SIS is able to provide valuable information and support, please note that French Authorities are very strict with immigration policy. Filing all of the paperwork to reside legally in France is ultimately your responsibility.

Were you issued a long-term student visa this semester? In order to help you to understand how the residency procedure works and to answer any questions you may have, you are required to attend at least one SIS workshop by December 7th*.

With the exception of Nov. 9, SIS workshops will occur every Monday from September 28th (MON) to Dec. 7th from 15:15 to 17:00 in C-103 (Combes building- 1st floor).

Thank you for your cooperation, we look forward to seeing you soon!

Beatrice

*The following students are exempt from the SIS workshop as they do not need to apply for a residency card in France: students recorded as French or EU; students who already have a valid Titre de Séjour; students who are staying only one semester and have been issued a short-term visa "Visa Dispense". Visiting students staying one semester but who have been issued a long-term student visa "Ceseda R311-3 6" must attend an SIS workshop.
