When presented with a matching government-issued photo ID at an AUP reception desk, the Alumni Pass grants access to:

• AUP's Combes Student Life Center and Quai d'Orsay Learning Commons (both accessible via 6, rue du Colonel Combes)
• The AUP library and its resources
• AMEX Café (located at 6, rue du Colonel Combes)

Please note that all Alumni photo-ID Cards with barcode swipe-access that were produced before April 1, 2024 are now expired. You must request a new Alumni Pass to access the Combes Student Life Center / Quai d’Orsay Learning Commons complex, and present it alongside a matching government-issued photo ID.

Discovering the world doesn’t stop after graduation. All alums are invited to participate in trips organized by the cultural program office. While currently enrolled students receive reservation priority, there’s almost always room for alums to join in ongoing adventures with AUP. 

As with students, alums follow the same payment and cancellation policies set by the University. For more information, adangaup.edu (contact the cultural program office).

AUP alumni are welcome to keep their AUP email address (or to receive an AUP email address for those who attended before email!) by activating (or reactivating) your AUP NetID credentials (checking the second box for alumni) on this page.

With an Alumni Pass and a matching government-issued photo ID, AUP Alumni can access:

• The Combes Student Life Center (home to the AMEX Café)
• The Quai d'Orsay Learning Commons (home to the AUP Library)

To obtain your alumni pass, fill out the AUP Alumni Pass request form. You must be logged in with your AUP NetID credentials to access the form.

Make AUP part of your next trip to Paris!

Contact alumniaup.edu at least one week before your visit to request a personal campus tour where you can revisit your past and learn about AUP's campus development. 

Tours are generally offered on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, and are subject to staff availability. You can also explore the Combes Student Life Center, Quai d'Orsay Learning Commons, AMEX Café and Library on your own using your Alumni Pass, or use our Self Guided Tour at your convenience.
