Alumni Card

*Please note that due to global health and safety regulations, alumni cards have been deactivated and campus access is restricted. New card requests will be processed at our earliest opportunity. Alumni may reserve library access by appointment, please see the section “use the AUP library” below for current procedure details.

Alumni may receive their alumni card by filling out this form. The alumni card grants access to:

  • AUP campus buildings, including the library and AMEX Café (building hours apply - please present your card to AUP security)
  • AUP Library resources and borrowing privileges

Use the AUP Library

*Please note that due to global health and safety regulations, alumni cards have been deactivated and campus access is restricted. However, alumni may now request to reserve space at the library by appointment following the below procedure:

Please email, with on copy in your message, to request a reservation at the library. Please make your request at least two business days before you wish to come to the library.

Please include in your request:

  • Your first and last name as well as your last name at time of study at AUP if applicable,
  • your year of graduation from AUP or years attended, and your former student ID number,
  • your research topic if applicable,
  • the list of library materials you would like to consult,
  • what day you would like to work in the library.

Please note that due to limitations imposed by the pandemic, it is not possible to borrow materials to take off-site at this time.

Cultural Programs

Discovering the world doesn’t stop after graduation. All alums are invited to participate in trips organized by the cultural program office. While currently enrolled students receive reservation priority, there’s almost always room for alums to join in ongoing adventures with AUP. 

As with students, alums follow the same payment and cancellation policies set by the University. For more information, (contact the cultural program office)

Alumni Email

Alumni are able to keep their AUP email addresses and NetIDs. Your NetID will allow you to request transcripts, benefit from the university’s internal portal, and gain access to the on-campus Wi-Fi network.

If you don’t access your account for six months it will become dormant. To re-activate your account, simply follow the steps on this page or contact the Registrar's Office.
