Galette des Rois for Incoming Students

Calling all Incoming Students- Grads and Undergrads! Join your Student Advisors in tasting traditional French Galettes des Rois (in English, Kings’ cakes) These are flaky puff pastry cakes stuffed with a sweet almond filling, and will be served with chilled apple cider and apple juice. A figurine, la fève, which can represent anything from a car to a cartoon character, is hidden in the cake and the person who finds the trinket in their slice becomes king and queen for the evening! This event will be a delicious opportunity to kick off the Spring semester and get to know fellow incoming students.
