Come join us for an evening of this Thanksgiving, November 22nd, at the American Church in Paris for the annual AUP Thanksgiving feast.

Who? When? Where?

The Freshman Class and The Office of Student Development co-sponsor this annual event. The event is open to all students, staff, faculty members, and alumni. Outside guests are also welcome, but only two guests per person are permitted. All help is welcome! If you would like to contribute to the event or if you have any questions, please contact our Freshman Class representative, Chris Turner, at, or Student Development at

Everyone attending the event MUST RSVP and bring a valid photo ID/AUP ID. If you plan on bringing guests, you must register them under your name when you RSVP. The feast will take place at the American Church in Paris, located at 65 Quai d’Orsay in the 7eme. There will be security at the door, so please try and limit large bags/backpacks to reduce traffic.

What to Bring

AUP will be providing the turkeys and many other thanksgiving treats, but we do ask that you bring a side dish to share such as desserts, cheeses, vegetables, chocolate fountains, etc.; just make sure to choose one when you sign up below!

Beyond the Meal

We want to use this event to start a conversation within the AUP community about the history behind this holiday and the effect it has had on the current representation of indigenous peoples. Along with this, we will be using this event to fundraise for AUP’s BVSyria. This student organization has contributed to helping refugees settle in both France and Europe through their tireless fundraising efforts and hands-on volunteering work with Syrian children and families in Paris. We encourage you to contribute to their cause online below.
