Are you completing your education and about to initiate your professional life? Do you have a vision of the type of career you want but you don’t know how to get there? Or maybe you feel confused and need somewhere to start from? The RYLA seminar is here to help!

Organized by the Rotary Club Paris la Defense in partnership with the Inter Country Committee France USA, the RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award) seminar is a weekend event which targets students who are about to initiate their professional careers. The purpose of the RYLA seminar is to facilitate the transition between academic life and the beginning of a career. In this intensive two day seminar, the participants will sharpen their professional abilities in a bilingual environment while establishing important connections for their future.

The seminar aims to develop and polish vital professional qualities such as:

Self-knowledge Professional effectiveness Negotiating skills Public speaking skills Job application skills At the RYLA seminar students will be working with experienced and successful professionals in a small group to facilitate enriching discussions and individual attention.

As the seminars will be held in both French and English, relative fluency in both languages is recommended.
