IMAGINE R – THE STUDENT DISCOUNT METRO CARD

Welcome to Paris! If you are wondering about what is the most cost effective way to get around the city, then check out Imagine R, a metro pass that gives you access to all zones (1–5) of Paris for all types of public transportation (Metro, Bus and RER). Your access through your card also includes rides to airports within the Paris district (normally an €8–10 euro ticket), with the exceptional of use of the Orlyval.
 
The Imagine R pass is reserved for students under 26 and costs a total of €350 a year. You have two types of payment options: a single online payment with a French bank card (some foreign cards are accepted but rarely) or nine payments of €38.00 via direct debit, in which you provide your bank information so these payments can be automatically deducted from your bank account. Please note that for both payments, a French bank account is required.

If you have any questions, you should pass by the Office of Student Development Office on the fourth floor of Combes (C409) and ask for Randa or Yann.
