One person must claim responsibility for each booth.

AUP will refund your expenses up to 100€.  All you have to do is present proper itemized receipts to the SGA Treasurer, Ketia Archaia who can be reached at sga_treasurerataup.edu. CB (credit card) receipts cannot be accepted; ask for a facture (itemized receipt).
You may spend no more than 20€ of your seed money on alcohol; any expenses above this will not be reimbursed.

On the day of Worlds Fair, the booth leader is required to check in at 11:00am at the Combes Lobby by giving the Sophomore Class Representative Mario Lopez his/her AUP ID card.  It can be picked up at the end of the event when the booth’s area is cleaned up and the table is folded and put away.
