AUP Residence, AVAILABLE 

AUP Université is a new residence, designed to offer students a mix of single studios, single one-bedroom apartments, and cozy co-living apartments with single rooms. Located in the 7th arrondissement in the heart of AUP’s academic campus, the residence is connected to the new Université administrative building. 

The residence has been designed to house a small and tightknit community of 16 AUP students, and to offer a safe and comfortable environment for students to find community and support through their transition to Paris and to the university. The residence will also house an AUP Resident Assistant who can guide students through any issues or questions that arise in their everyday life. They will also organize get-togethers designed to foster the kind of long-lasting friendships college campuses are known to create and to further promote the AUP community within the residence.

THE AUP INSIDER TIP: 

Similar to the Jouffroy residence, the AUP Université Residence offers a unique blend of individual units and co-living apartments that will foster a deep sense of campus community. Much like our other AUP-only residences, it is the perfect setting for first-year students to begin their college career on exactly the right note. It also allows students to take full ownership of their space as they would once they move into a Parisian apartment during the rest of their AUP experience. Its proximity to campus can be comforting for students transitioning to AUP. It is worth noting, however, that the 7th arrondissement is a relatively quiet area for students: students looking to explore Paris and enjoy its livelier restaurants, bars, and cafés may prefer some of the other AUP residences on our roster.

  • Access to a washing machine (no dryer on-site)
  • One set of sheets and linens provided (washing linen is the responsibility of the student)

SINGLE APARTMENT– (1 student)

THIS HOUSING OPTION INCLUDES:

GUEST POLICIES:
  • Daytime guests allowed during visiting hours (8AM to 10PM) – guests must be escorted by their hosts at all times.
