VIRTUAL EVENT
World Children's Day - UNICEF
Campus UNICEF in partnership with American University of Beirut UNICEF Club will be hosting a conference on zoom in celebration of World Children's Day, Friday, November 20th at 6:00 pm Paris time - 7:00 PM Beirut.
This joint conference will host two guest speakers:
Heidi Morrison: Associate Professor Of history at the University of Wisconsin, and founder of the Association of Middle East Children’s and Youth Studies which promotes research on children and youth in the Middle East.
Mariam Al Shaar: Manager of The "Soufra" catering project in the Burj El Barajneh camp (Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon), and one of the founders of Nour International, a school for over 200 Palestinian and Syrian children living Lebanon's refugee camp.
