Online Movie Event: Ice on Fire

The Joy and Edward Frieman Environmental Science Center and AUP’s Advisory Board on Environmental Sustainability are organizing an online movie event: a screening of the 2019 documentary Ice on Fire, directed by AUP alum Leila Conners and narrated by Leonardo DiCaprio. Leila Conners will be joining us on Teams after the screening to answer your questions and talk about the making of the film!

Ice on Fire explores the negative impacts of climate change, but it does not dwell on doom and gloom projections. Instead it showcases a number of new renewable energy and carbon sequestration technologies being developed and applied around the globe.
