For three days, rediscover the place you once called home with our line-up of exciting campus events. Together alumni will tour AUP's modern campus, reunite with faculty, break bread and raise our glasses in celebration of our vibrant, international community.

  • Running club, yoga and other wellness programs

Help Organize Reunion Events for your Class

AUP is seeking members of graduating classes ending in 4 or 9 to organize milestone reunion celebrations during Alumni Weekend 2024! The Alumni Affairs team can help you to organize a class reunion dinner for Friday, April 26 at 8pm. If you are interested in being a class reunion chair please contact alumniweekendataup.edu.

Your ticket includes:

  • Access to the Alumni Weekend 2024 events
  • Your welcome bag, available for pick-up on April 26
  • Food and beverages at various events throughout the weekend 

Your ticket does NOT include:

  • Transportation or accommodation during Alumni Weekend
  • Excursions or events not listed as part of Alumni Weekend
  • Entrance to additional class reunion dinners, organized by class chairs. Payment for these dinners will be made separately. 

*Please note that tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. Tickets cannot be reserved or held without purchase. 

Can I bring guests to Alumni Weekend 2024?
Guests of all ages are welcome at Alumni Weekend 2024.

All guests wishing to attend must purchase a ticket on AUP's event website. 

What is the ticket cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available until April 5, 2024.

If you need to cancel or edit your registration, you can do so on the registration page. 

I need special accommodation during Alumni Weekend 2024. Who should I notify?
