Enjoy a fun class on oenology (the science of wine) and specifically French wines. Learn how to identify and appreciate wines from various regions in France and enjoy a selection of accompanying bouchées apéritives (finger food). The class walks through the fundamentals of French oenology (cépages, terroirs, appellations) as well as teaches how to identify aromas and accord wine with food. Leave the class knowing that the next time you need to bring a bottle to a dinner party, you can make an educated purchase at your local wine shop.

Cost: €40 (includes private instructor, 5 wine tastings, and accompanying regional food)

Please note that if you have any allergies, it is your responsibility to notify the Cultural Program Coordinator upon registration. Alternative accompanying food depends on the establishment hosting the class and may not be possible.
