Rajasthan: Understanding Indian Diversity, Politics, Music and Culture

Visit the complex cultural diversity of Rajasthan looking at how monarchy, religion and democracy coexist in a postcolonial context. Visit the music festival of Jodhpur and meet Hindus, Muslims and Sikh representatives. Discover wondrous cities of Jodhpur, Jaipur, Agra and Ajmer as wells as Delhi.

Cost: 1975€ (includes round-trip air transportation, hotel accommodations with breakfast, on-site transportation, entrance fees, guided visits, professors’ trip costs, and VAT)

Payment for study trips must be made no later than January 31 for the Spring 2020 semester. Any concerns in this regard should be addressed to the Cultural Program & Student Accounting Services.

Registration for study trips is done the same way as registration for academic courses: through the registration portal on MyAUP Student Services: my.aup.edu > MyAccount > My Student Services > Registration. Study trip payments can be sent the same way as tuition: online by credit card on my.aup.edu/payment/tuition, via bank transfer, or in person with cash/check.
