Join us for this Alumni Feature with Lindsey Tramuta G'09: "Is it Time to Rethink the Parisienne Woman?" Lindsey will be giving a reading from her new book The New Parisienne: The Women and Ideas Shaping Pariswhich will be released by Abrams on July 7. With the rights, representation, and lives of women all the more firmly anchored in today’s public discourse, Lindsey’s book, as it was imagined, should add to the discussion. In it she breaks down the dangerous and reductive archetypes of the Parisian woman and highlights more than 40 women from a range of industries and backgrounds, including countries of origin, who are influencing the fabric of the city.
