PARTNER RESIDENCE, ONE-SEMESTER FIRST-YEAR Abroad STUDENTS

AUP has partnered with Canvas to reserve up to 135 single studios in their newly renovated residence (opened in August 2024) housing an exciting mixed-community student hub in the La Défense district. In this lively neighborhood residents will have everything at their fingertips, from bars and restaurants to a shopping mall and cinema. With over 600 studios and a dynamic student community, the Canvas residence has been designed to create opportunities for meaningful exchange and programming. Residents have access to multiple lounges and meetings rooms, a study room, a fitness room, a garden, a rooftop, a game room, a music room, and a cinema room within the residence. Two AUP Resident Assistants will be available on-site to  support students during their time at AUP.

SINGLE STUDIO (1 student)

THIS HOUSING OPTION INCLUDES: 

  • Approx. 21m² or 226 square feet
  • A fully equipped kitchenette (table-top fridge/freezer, microwave, hotplates, dishes, and cutlery) 
  • En-suite bathroom
  • Wi-Fi
  • Weekly room cleaning service
  • One set of sheets and linen provided (washing linen is the responsibility of the student)
  • Laundry room in the residence (cost of washing is not included in the rent amount)
  • Communal areas: lounges, garden, rooftop, fitness room, yoga room, cinema room, game room, music room, study room, meeting rooms.

GUEST POLICIES:

  • Daytime and overnight guests allowed.
  • Guests must be escorted by their hosts at all times.
