With over 30 years of experience, Thomas oversees the production of many of the network’s best performing and high-profile true crime shows, such as 'The Fall of Diddy' and 'The Price of Glee', as well as ID’s social and criminal justice specials.

Lorna Thomas is Vice President of Nonfiction Production at Warner Bros. Discovery’s ID and HBO Max where she oversees the production of many of the network’s best performing and high profile true crime shows including THE FALL OF DIDDY, THE PRICE OF GLEE, THE CULT BEHIND THE KILLER: THE ANDREA YATES STORY, Octavia Spencer’s LOST WOMEN OF HIGHWAY 20 and LOST WOMEN OF ALASKA, IN PURSUIT WITH JOHN WALSH, ON THE CASE WITH PAULA ZAHN, and EVIL LIVES HERE, as well as ID’s social and criminal justice specials HATE IN AMERICA, hosted by Tony Harris, and Joe Berlinger’s KILLING RICHARD GLOSSIP.
With more than thirty years of experience, Thomas’ background includes producing several series for many networks including THE FIRST 48 for A&E, MIAMI INK for TLC and ROOM RAIDERS and ENGAGED AND UNDERAGE for MTV. In addition to her work in television, Thomas directed and produced numerous commercials for many brands including national spots for KFC starring Jason Alexander and over forty commercials for the Pepsi Challenge campaign. Thomas began her career as a staff producer for the New York Center for Visual History where she worked on numerous documentary projects for PBS including the landmark AMERICAN CINEMA series. Most notably, her work was nominated for an EMMY for the special ERASE THE HATE which aired on USA Networks.
