French Cuisine Class

The meeting point will be in the Combes lobby and the class will take place at 90 rue de la Folie-Méricourt 75011, Metro Republique (line 9, 5, 11) or Parmentier (line 3) Oberkampf.

Initiate yourself to the art of French cuisine through this 3-hour long class that will teach you how to whip up some delicious traditional dishes. The menu includes recipes such as gougères provençales, croissants feuilletés roquette saumon fumé, tartelettes courgettes comté, parmentier de canard, and mousse au chocolat au caramel. Students will work in teams to produce different dishes and then have the chance to enjoy the fruits of their labor over a glass of wine.

Minimum: 12 participants
Maximum: 28 participants
Cost: €50 (includes private instructor, ingredients, space, equipment, and one glass of wine and coffee)

Please note that if you have any allergies, it is your responsibility to notify the Cultural Program Coordinator upon registration. Alternative dishes depend on the establishment hosting the class and may not be possible.
