This course provides practical tools and immersive hands-on project based experience. Participants will engage in an entrepreneurial mindset to apply the principals of disruptive innovation to design solutions in a fast-moving digital world. In this course, participants will learn the end-to-end process used to form diverse project teams, gather end-user requirements, translate those perceived requirements into real end-user needs, quickly prototype potential solutions, test prototypes, and rapidly iterate, pivot, and simplify the prototype to yield the best and most innovative solution. Methods, tools, and concepts will be presented in this course to rapidly create a prototype innovative digital solution for a real-world organization whose management members will be present for the duration of the course’s hands-on project component.
