Records of completed immunization must be filed with AUP’s Health Office in order to safeguard your health and the health of the entire community. As prevention is key to avoiding risk, you are expected to provide proof of the following immunizations as a student at AUP:

  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
  • Tetanus – Diphtheria or DPT
  • Meningococcal Vaccine (A, C, Y, W-135): called Menactra or Menveo, should be done within the past 5 years

The penalty for failing to comply with our immunization policy is administrative suspension, which would prevent you from enrolling in the following semester.

Please refer to the Student Immunization Record [docx] form or the AUP Health Office for further details. AUP’s immunization compliance deadline is August 19 for the fall semester and December 31 for the spring semester. Students who wish to apply for an exemption, please fill out the Immunization Waiver Request [doc]

If you have questions, please take a look at our FAQ guide [pdf] first before contacting your Admissions Counselor or AUP's Health Office.
