You could say the literary age of Paris was created in Odéon. On one street alone the many publishers and bookstores once set up shop, including Sylvia Beach’s 2nd location of Shakespeare and Co. Today, a few still remain but also it has become one of the greatest little triangles for restaurants including the popular collection of French bistronomy chef Yves Camdeborde. Once the favorite location of Anthony Bourdain, its mound of French bordier butter is one that will change your life. We will end the tour hear and enjoy the fantastic natural wine and Basque style tapas.

Ernest Hemingway's time in Paris, while brief, left a lasting impression. Works such as The Sun Also Rises to Moveable Feast bring to life his favorite spots to spend time and write. On a cold December night in 1921, Ernest and his wife Hadley arrived in Paris and stayed on Rue Jacob before finding an apartment on Rue de Cardinal Lemoine. The rest is history.
Walk in his footsteps through Saint Germain, the neighborhood where he lived, drank, wrote and captured in a way no one else ever could.
