Learn some simple techniques to deal with what life throws at us.
Although these techniques come from the discipline of yoga, there won’t be any moving, stretching or postures involved. Attend in whatever clothes you happen to be wearing that day. No kit required - you might like a notebook but that's not necessary either. You’ll leave with quick, easy skills that you can do at home to improve your brain’s efficacy and re-program your stress-reactions. You’ll feel as though they’re superpowers but they’re YOUR powers.
This is a follow-up session for those who attended in October but it is open to all students, staff and faculty.
