Registration for SCOS 2023

Registration for the SCOS 2023 conference is now open and available on a first come first served basis.

Registration Fee Breakdown

The Registration Fee includes a light welcome cocktail on the arrival evening of the 12th; coffee in the mornings of the 13th, 14th, and 15th; lunch in the afternoons of the 13th, 14th, and 15th; a more substantial cocktail dinatoire on the evening of the 13th; and a formal, gala dinner of the evening of the 14th.

Accommodation and Travel are not included in the registration fee. Participants are expected to organize their own accommodation and travel. We will not be pre-booking hotel rooms. We recommend staying in the 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 9th, or 15th arrondissements as anywhere along metro line 8 or 13 will be an easy commute to the facilities.

Please keep in mind that July 14th is a national holiday in France. There will be festivities throughout the city, which can disrupt transportation, including the metro. From 19h00 onwards, many metro stops near the Eiffel Tour will be closed on this day. This includes Invalides, La Tour Maubourg, and Ecole Militaire among others and it can be difficult to enter and leave this area in the evening.
