The Multimedia Office provides assistance for all AUP events, from the conception stage through the holding of the event. This includes advice, technical training, equipment rental when required-from estimate to delivery, installation, usage and return-, room technology check and assistance. Some post-production work when a recording occurred may be provided.
Eligible organizers are invited to contact the Multimedia Office ahead of time and, in any case, to fill out the Multimedia information section of the Room Reservation Form.
