The career development office maintains the job and internship database at The American University of Paris. We post offers daily, so make sure to check back regularly to peruse the offers.

Each semester, AUP receives offers from such organizations as Ogilvy, The New York Times, the International Rescue Committee, Polo Ralph Lauren, UNESCO, and more. You can view recent listings in our database. When you’ve found the opportunity of your dreams, make an appointment with the career development office to polish your resumé, cover letter, and interviewing skills.

The internship process

It’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with the process involved in registering your internship—either as a credit-bearing or a non-credit option—and obtaining a convention de stage for internships in France or in French companies overseas.

If you’re graduating soon, you may wish to consider deferring your graduation in order to register a non-credit internship and maintain your student status for another semester. You can do this as you seek permanent employment or simply gain some professional experience before your next step. Make sure to contact the internship office with any questions about registering your internship.

For employers

If you’re an employer looking to hire our students and graduates, please contact us directly and we’ll publicize your internship or employment opportunity and provide you with the profiles of suitable students.
