Regalia
AUP graduates who take part in Commencement Ceremony are required to wear the school's official caps and gowns. In some cases, honor chords will be distributed to students based on specific academic and extracurricular achievements.
Picking Up Caps and Gowns (April 17 - May 5)
Once a student's graduation application has been approved, a cap and gown will automatically be reserved for them. Regalia can be ordered and picked from from the AUP Bookstore, free of charge. Students must collect your regalia by the end of the working day on Monday, May 5.
AUP Bookstore: 2 passage Landrieu (open Monday through Friday 10:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:00)
Please take note of the following exceptional closures and hours:
- April 10-11: closed for university and national holiday
- April 17-18: open 10h-12h30. Closed in the afternoon.
- April 20-21: open 10h-12h30. Closed in the afternoon.
- May 1: closed for university and national holiday
