AUP Champs Élysées

Located on Paris’s iconic Avenue des Champs-Élysées in a prestigious neighborhood, the Champs-Élysées Residence Hall houses only AUP students. The Champs-Élysées Residence has spacious apartments shared among multiple students: each apartment has a large communal kitchen, a living room, multiple bathrooms, and a combination of single and shared bedrooms. Specific apartment assignment will be made on the basis of the roommate survey filled out by students as part of the registration process.

The residence is a beautiful classical building with two gorgeous villas, a small garden and a large courtyard reserved exclusively for AUP residents. The residence also houses an AUP Resident Advisor who will assist you with any issues or questions that may arise in your everyday life. They will also organize get-togethers designed to foster the kind of long-lasting friendships college campuses are known to create, to further promote community within the residence. Offering a close and supportive community, Champs-Élysées is the perfect setting for first-year students to begin their college career on exactly the right note.

The co-living options available to students assigned to Champs-Élysées include 13-person and 8-person spacious independent villas, 7- to 8-person duplexes, and 4- to 6-person large apartments. Students will be able to indicate their preferences for a co-living space when submitting the roommate survey, however please note that we cannot make any guarantees about specific assignments, as we have to balance personal preferences, roommate requests, and housemate fit in our assignments. For that reason, we recommend Champs-Élysées to students who are looking for a co-living experience with a group of roommates, whether it is in an apartment or an independent villa.

The Champs-Élysées Residence is a grand experience – the Avenue is famous for a reason! Like Musset, it will be a hub for the AUP community, and a great place for first-year students to connect with their peers while exploring their new home city. Keep in mind that this housing option is the only one that includes shared accommodations with multiple rooms: the Housing Office will work carefully, making use of roommate preference surveys and housing agreements, to ensure that all students housed in Champs-Élysées are able to thrive in their new home.

SHARED ROOM – (2 to 4 students) – €8,100/semester per student

SINGLE ROOM – (1 student) – 9,000€/semester
