Initially trained in the philosophy of literature and aesthetics, Berlantini’s research now fits within the political ecology and environmental philosophy framework, approached from the dual perspective of the history of ecological ideas and intervention in contemporary debates. Her research areas include Environmental philosophy and political ecology, contemporary philosophy, new naturalisms, and relational ontologies, anthropologies of nature and modernity, ecofeminism, and feminist epistemology.
